Mr. Alden Manongdo – Owner/Director
Mr. Alden Manongdo has been sharing his talent and love for the art of dance for over 20 years. He began formal instruction at age 11 and immediately excelled as a performer. Because of his passion for the art of dance, Alden was not satisfied with simply performing award-winning routines; he wanted to share his love for dance by becoming a professional choreographer and dance teacher. By age 16 he had entered his profession and immediately began making his presence known.
His unique style and method of instruction are like no other in the greater Central Texas Area. Professionally trained in Ballet, Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap and Hip Hop, Alden has choreographed countless routines that have received top honors including titles for Regional, National and International Championships. He has accomplished this at all levels of performance ranging from Solo routines to Super Group productions. Beyond the awards and accolades, Alden has inspired many of his students to take the lessons he has taught them and grow beyond his studio walls.
His alumni have graced some of the most established and accomplished collegiate dance programs in Texas and throughout the country such as Sam Houston State University, Texas A & M, Stephen F. Austin, McLennan Community College, Texas State University, University of Texas Austin and AMDA in Los Angeles, CA.
“I love dancing and entertaining the audience, but my real passion is teaching young people how to express themselves through dance and giving them the skills and self-confidence to take the stage. I cannot accept credit for my accomplishments as a dance instructor; without the unconditional support and trust of my students, their parents and families none of this would be possible.”
